About About

My specialty is distilling insights and flipping perspective.

At Owler and at Ideon I built the strategy practices and helped brands organize around purpose— often via 360 rebranding and launch of new initiatives. At Lippincott, I helped launch new brands and ownable verbal assets that ignited enthusiasm and new behaviors. Before that, I led accelerated product innovations for Mars and Pepsi at Clark McDowall, and spent 4 years leading global architecture and naming projects at Interbrand.

I use immersive methods that energize brand stewardship and lead change.

Formal bio

Over a 20-year trajectory in NYC that includes 12 years running my own brand practice and prior positions at Lippincott and Interbrand, I’ve partnered closely with executive teams to navigate changes in the market, anticipate new patterns of demand, and mobilize employees around a common purpose.

Working with category leaders and rival upstarts, I’ve led numerous brand strategy, innovation, trend study, architecture, verbal, and repositioning engagements. Clients include MSK, Optum, Cox, Masterfoods, Pepsi, Unilever, Chef Eric Ripert, Motorola, Comcast, Stoli, Parker, ACCION, Fiat, FIKA, Goldman Sachs, Verizon, SAP, Leroy Merlin, and Active International, among others. I’m known for shepherding change, enabling transformation, bringing out talent— all with a sense of shared mission.

A hybrid thinker and humanities graduate from The University of Michigan, I use my BA's in Art History and French Literature, certificate of Interior Design from The New School, trilingual fluency and career experience to break molds and connect new dots. I gain inspiration and perspective from people and places all over the world— especially Spain, where I spent the first half of my life.
